Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate cloud-based simulation execution pipelines and supporting platforms.
- Integrate simulation pipelines with existing systems and support migration from legacy environments.
- Design and maintain container image build and delivery flows and orchestrate them in the cloud.
- Build and improve pipelines that automate the build, testing, and deployment of simulation components and jobs.
- Define observability through logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and alerts, and lead incident response and post-mortems.
- Collaborate with AD/ADAS, simulation, and platform stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Create documentation, onboarding materials, and usage guidelines for internal cloud-pipeline users.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating distributed systems or microservices on a public cloud platform such as AWS or an equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes or a similar orchestration platform.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform.
- Solid programming skills in at least one language, such as Python or Go.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, such as with GitHub Actions.
- Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
- Preferred experience with large-scale batch or job platforms, high-volume cloud datasets, AD/ADAS development, SILS/HILS or simulation-based validation pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
