Responsibilities
- Lead projects to develop a scalable software simulation framework.
- Collaborate with flight software and hardware test engineers to enhance the simulation system.
- Improve the core architecture of the simulation for better performance and reproducibility.
- Evaluate and drive key project decisions.
- Mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience in simulation systems within aviation or automotive environments.
- 7+ years of professional experience in object-oriented C++ and Python.
- Experience modeling aircraft dynamics is preferred.
- Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
