Responsibilities

Set the direction for the utilization of technology and architecture components across engineering.
Build and maintain a Technology Adoption Roadmap translating strategy and customer needs into initiatives and implementations.
Provide direction and feedback to improve technology adoption, platform capabilities, and product features.
Support Pod Leads and Managers with roadmaps, plans, and breaking projects into executable work.
Bridge technical and business understanding across operations, engineering, data science, business analysis, customer success, stakeholders, and customers.
Facilitate continuous improvement using event-driven and distributed architecture principles.

At least 5 years of software development experience.
At least 3 years of experience as an architect.
Deep knowledge of event-driven architecture and strong understanding of distributed architectures.
Strong experience with Python and experience with vanilla JavaScript.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and key-value stores such as Redis.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions.
Broad understanding of generative AI and the ability to translate technology into business value.
Proficiency in English at B2+/C1 level.
Experience with Docker or Podman and Kubernetes is preferred.

Hybrid work in Warsaw.
Long-term B2B cooperation planned for 2+ years.
Rate of up to 300 PLN per hour net plus VAT.
Start date ASAP to within one month, with the possibility of starting later.
