Base Salary

$147k - $259k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build modern integration solutions using web UI frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack integrations with CRM systems, telephony providers, and third-party services.
  • Design, review, deploy, automate, and operate scalable AWS-based services and infrastructure.
  • Write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and contribute to continuous operations automation.
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production incidents.
  • Partner with product, engineering, security, and operations teams on reliable customer-facing capabilities.
  • Lead technical design and code reviews, mentor peers, share best practices, and help other teams resolve platform issues.
  • Experiment with modern technologies and AI-assisted development workflows while maintaining engineering quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership and cross-team impact.
  • Strong understanding of modern web UI frameworks, REST API architectures, cloud-native or microservice-based applications, algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or an equivalent CRM platform.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM APIs such as Apex, Lightning, or NestJS.
  • Full-stack development experience across front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proficiency in at least two modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
  • Experience with NestJS or equivalent Node.js backend frameworks for RESTful API services.
  • Experience with event-driven and service-oriented architectures such as Kafka, Kinesis, or SQS.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0, PKCE authentication, WebRTC, and cross-origin communication patterns including iFrame and PostMessage.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions.
  • Self-starter who is pragmatic, action-oriented, and growth-minded.
