Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build robust, high-performance, and scalable applications.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to develop user-experience-focused features.
- Participate in product decisions and help establish reasonable development deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and implement improvements with teammates.
- Use OWASP Top 10 techniques to secure code from vulnerabilities.
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance and handling.
- Follow policies and procedures for protecting information assets and report suspected security or policy violations.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience is required.
- Expertise in an object-oriented programming language is required.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies is required.
- Good knowledge of React and Redux or similar frameworks is required.
- Strong UX sensibilities and the ability to create polished web products are required.
- Candidates should be receptive to feedback, self-starting, and able to work independently with little direction.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments are required.
- Candidates should write understandable, testable, maintainable, and scalable code.
