Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend experiences for international dealer products using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver software for Canadian and UK markets
- Contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions
- Own frontend services from ideation through deployment and ongoing production maintenance
- Ensure systems are secure, maintainable, highly available, and performant
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using observability tools
- Mentor junior engineers and guide code reviews
- Help establish team processes and engineering standards for the new Dublin office
Requirements
- At least 5 years of front-end software development experience
- Production-grade experience building dynamic, responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript
- Experience with server-side TypeScript, especially Remix; Next.js or Express experience is also valued
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and GraphQL
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and production service management
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, solve problems, and work in an iterative fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and experience with Docker or Kubernetes are bonuses
