Enterprise Architect Agentforce & Data Cloud - Mexico
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, and chief architects at Fortune 1000 companies on enterprise AI transformation.
- Define scalable architectures for Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, integrations, and hybrid-cloud environments.
- Lead architectural modernization connecting legacy enterprise systems with cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
- Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management.
- Define AI governance frameworks covering model risk, bias evaluation, ethical guardrails, compliance, and auditability.
- Support strategic pre-sales engagements and provide governance and delivery oversight for complex implementations.
- Build a global community of architects across customers, system integrators, and independent software vendors.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and publish architecture blueprints, transformation guides, and reference models.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles focused on cloud transformation and AI integration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
- Track record of executive engagement with C-level leaders at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Hands-on knowledge of predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices.
- Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org or hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Experience designing, deploying, and governing autonomous agents with Agentforce and Agent Builder.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft and scalable data and API strategies.
- Experience in at least one industry vertical such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare.
- Preferred qualifications include consulting, advisory, or CTO/CIO-facing experience; familiarity with TOGAF or SAFe; and industry-event or Salesforce-forum speaking experience.
