Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of AI-first campaign creation systems for video, audio, and display advertising.
- Build and maintain backend services supporting AI-first omnichannel campaigns and creative management.
- Deliver features across the full software lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, operations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, UX, data science, and partner teams.
- Participate in operational support, identify root causes of issues, and improve team operations.
- Provide meaningful feedback through the team code review process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 2 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

- The base salary range is $158,100.00-$213,800.00 USD annually, with potential sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
