Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex problems from idea to production.
- Work closely with coding agents as a core part of the development workflow.
- Build tooling and feedback systems to enhance coding agent effectiveness.
- Exercise engineering judgment to determine when outputs are ready to ship.
- Mentor and support less experienced engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping code at a top-tier engineering organization.
- Exposure to startups or scale-ups is preferred.
- Comfortable across the tech stack and able to lead ambitious projects.
- Experience working with coding agents in a development workflow.
- Strong technical decision-making and product design instincts.
