Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions across major portions of the team’s systems.
- Develop workflow automation capabilities for seller compliance and regulatory challenges.
- Own work across requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, product, legal, policy, and engineering partners.
- Identify root causes of operational issues and deliver permanent fixes.
- Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance.
- Evaluate generative AI tools and other approaches to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
