Base Salary
$200k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and qualification calls with engineering and DevOps teams.
- Deliver high-impact product demos and tailored technical deep dives.
- Design and execute POCs to benchmark CI performance and validate ROI models.
- Build credibility with technical stakeholders and translate pain points into solutions.
- Assist customers in debugging CI performance bottlenecks and optimizing pipelines.
- Capture customer feedback to advocate for product features and improvements.
- Participate in strategic account planning and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, field engineering, or DevOps.
- Hands-on understanding of modern CI/CD tooling, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
- Ability to diagnose CI performance issues and debug environments.
- Exceptional communication skills to present to technical audiences.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
