Base Salary

$200k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, qualification calls, scoping sessions, product demos, whiteboard sessions, and technical deep dives with customer engineering and platform teams.
Design and execute proof-of-concepts involving CI benchmarking, pipeline optimization, and ROI validation.
Advise customers on CI modernization, ephemeral compute, cost optimization, and migration from hyperscalers.
Debug CI performance bottlenecks, runner reliability issues, and pipeline misconfigurations.
Help customers optimize GitHub Actions at scale and adopt ephemeral runners.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product to capture feedback, validate requirements, shape roadmap decisions, and improve usability.
Participate in strategic account planning, identify technical expansion opportunities, and support handoff from evaluation to onboarding.

Experience in solutions engineering, field engineering, pre-sales, DevOps, or consulting.
Hands-on understanding of modern CI tooling, preferably GitHub Actions, pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, containerization, or ephemeral compute systems.
Ability to read logs, diagnose failures, understand code snippets, and reason about CI performance bottlenecks.
Ability to present technical concepts to engineers, architects, and CTOs and connect technical value to business impact.
Experience with DevOps tooling, infrastructure automation, ephemeral compute, CI benchmarking, cloud cost analysis, enterprise evaluations, or security and architecture reviews is beneficial.
Familiarity with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, or observability tools is beneficial.
