Responsibilities
- Build solid corporate products and related information-system integrations.
- Develop, maintain, scale, refactor, and improve Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Investigate alternative technologies, features, capabilities, and tools for continuous improvement.
- Work with team members to design and implement the product roadmap.
- Support colleagues’ growth through code reviews, constructive challenges, and mentoring.
- Resolve incidents and introduce tools that support fluent operations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to break down requirements and implement features.
- Perform application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and full Software Development Life Cycle activities.
Requirements
- Advanced or strong experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with related integrations, canvas apps, model-driven apps, plugins, and Power Platform administration.
- Experience with C# and .NET for integrations and back-end functionality.
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for enhanced user-interface functionality.
- Experience with DevOps tools and automation, including GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Functions.
- Database knowledge and SQL skills for manipulating data and creating or altering tables.
- Ability to work with Product Owners and assess the scope, complexity, performance, security, and other aspects of Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and expand and optimize the technology stack.
