Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and project workflows to support timely milestone delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Oversee integration of new technologies and methodologies into project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Java.
- Proficiency in Java programming.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and maintainable software applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- PHP experience is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
