Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop React Native mobile applications and native iOS and Android BLE device SDKs.
- Design and implement UX workflows for clinical-trial participants and at-home diagnostic patients.
- Own the user experience, performance, reliability, and observability of developed apps and features.
- Improve BLE pairing and reconnection reliability across iOS and Android.
- Collaborate with Devices, Platform, product design, and Clinical Operations teams.
- Help shape the roadmap and technical direction of the mobile platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in mobile development using native iOS/Android and/or React Native.
- Experience with BLE, sensor integration, or health data streams.
- Product mindset with strong attention to UX, edge cases, and performance.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Expo, and GitHub.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative asynchronous environment.
- Preferred experience with medical devices, EEG, wearables, BLE peripheral integration, extensive native iOS or Android development, clinical-trial or regulated-environment applications, or open-source mobile/BLE projects.
