Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of APAC enterprise customers as their primary technical point of contact.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, including plans, milestones, risk management, configuration, testing, stakeholder coordination, and launch readiness.
- Configure and customize Drata, integrate customer systems, support data migrations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Translate customer business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable solutions.
- Monitor customer health, usage, renewal risk, and expansion opportunities with Customer Success.
- Advise customers on integrations, APIs, cloud infrastructure, identity and access, development workflows, security tools, HR systems, and AI-enabled compliance workflows.
- Deliver training, workshops, QBR technical insights, documentation, and self-service guidance.
- Diagnose issues, document platform behavior, and provide technical remediations to reduce engineering escalations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on UAT, bug reports, feature requests, customer use cases, and regional requirements.
- Share APAC customer trends and best practices through enablement and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of post-sales experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Manager, Customer Success Engineer, or similar B2B SaaS role.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, end-to-end enterprise implementations.
- Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication, presentation, training, and debugging skills for technical and executive audiences.
- 5+ years of experience in security, compliance, GRC, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or platforms, ideally in compliance or GRC workflows.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; REST APIs and JSON; and scripting or development using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, Bash, Shell, or Unix.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, and Security teams.
- Based in or able to work hours aligned with APAC; English fluency is required and additional regional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with APAC regulatory, data residency, or market requirements is a plus.

- The expected OTE range is AUD $270,300–AUD $318,000; this is total compensation rather than stated base pay.
