Responsibilities
- Participate in product discovery with product managers and designers to define features.
- Design software architecture and build, test, and release features to production with other engineers.
- Monitor production features, support customers, and fix production issues.
- Work autonomously within a cross-functional squad and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
- Take ownership of features or projects and help scale the application from 30,000+ customers to millions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
- A balanced blend of technical, business, and product skills.
- Experience working as a team player in an agile environment.
- Ability to solve complex problems and empathy for users.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
