Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom objects.
- Implement GTM workflows, automation, and data models across Salesforce and related tools.
- Support custom forecasting logic, pipeline inspection views, and reporting beyond standard Salesforce capabilities.
- Build lightweight internal tools and custom views for Sales, RevOps, and leadership.
- Refine Salesforce integrations with Outreach, Clay, Customer.io, and other GTM tools and product usage data.
- Design and deploy AI- and LLM-powered GTM workflows such as deal scoring, risk detection, and activity summarization.
- Maintain and improve reliability, performance, and data quality across GTM systems.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, and Engineering to turn requirements into shipped solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building on Salesforce in a developer or technical administrator capacity.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience testing and deploying Salesforce solutions, ideally with source tracking and the Salesforce Metadata API.
- Experience implementing automation, custom objects, and complex business logic.
- Practical understanding of product catalogs, pipeline, forecasting, territories, renewals, expansion, compensation planning, and compensation administration.
- Experience with DealHub, Outreach, Customer.io, Clay, ZoomInfo, and related GTM tools.
- Ability to recommend and build custom solutions when packaged tools do not fit.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-based workflows.
- Experience in PLG or developer-first companies is recommended.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, data warehouses, or BI tools is recommended.
- Solid programming fundamentals in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language are recommended.
