Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend services powering Hadron’s tokenization platform.
- Develop APIs for asset issuance, lifecycle management, corporate actions, and token operations.
- Build scalable infrastructure for institutional tokenization workflows and evolve the platform architecture.
- Integrate Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and other blockchain networks, including token minting, burning, transfers, permissions, and administrative operations.
- Improve blockchain transaction orchestration, signing workflows, operational reliability, scalability, observability, monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Build role-based permissions, multi-signature approvals, auditability, operational controls, and integrations with custody, identity, and compliance providers.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Solutions teams to translate institutional client requirements into platform capabilities.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning and contribute to documentation and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js.
- Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed backend systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, debugging, performance optimization, and complex problem-solving.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience building blockchain-based applications or infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM ecosystems, smart contracts, blockchain transaction workflows, wallet architecture, signing flows, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Familiarity with token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, or security token standards.
- Preferred experience with tokenization or issuance platforms, ERC-1400, transfer restrictions, permissions and whitelist frameworks, institutional digital assets, custody providers, regulated financial infrastructure, KYC/AML providers, compliance workflows, capital markets, securities, funds, stablecoins, or real-world asset tokenization.
- Experience working in remote-first engineering organizations is preferred.
