Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions for presales and delivery.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain system designs, integration diagrams, data-flow models, and other architectural documentation.
- Lead Architecture Review Boards and Design Authority governance forums.
- Identify and own technical delivery risks.
- Oversee Dynamics 365 implementation activities, including configuration, testing, documentation, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership to project teams and lead multi-geography, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Drive presales activities, own proposed solutions, and evaluate ERP solutions against business objectives and industry practices.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with development and testing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead data migration activities when required and stay current with Microsoft technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and human resources business processes.
- Experience leading at least three end-to-end AX/D365 global rollouts.
- Experience leading at least one functional area in a multi-company and multi-country rollout program.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules, solution architecture, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Strong scoping and estimation knowledge, problem-solving ability, strategic thinking, communication skills, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading architecture, configuration, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA/RC, CPA/RA, or equivalent are a plus.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Fundamentals, or Azure AI Fundamentals certifications are a plus.
- Experience leading data migration on at least one project and knowledge of Microsoft Copilot for Finance are preferred.
- Willingness to travel.
