Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features and technical strategy.
- Design and build full-stack applications with AI capabilities.
- Convert prototypes and demos into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Contribute to the product roadmap, technical architecture, and company direction.
- Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production applications.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience taking products from MVP to production-grade scale.
- Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
- Experience in startup or early-stage environments.
- Familiarity with vector databases or semantic search implementations is preferred.
