Responsibilities
- Lead customer security engagements and manage Forward Deployed Security Engineer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Design security architectures, threat models, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps across cloud platforms, applications, APIs, DevSecOps pipelines, and AI systems.
- Define and implement workload protection, identity security, software supply chain safeguards, CI/CD security gates, and automated remediation workflows.
- Design secure LLM, RAG, vector database, AI-agent, model deployment, model lifecycle, and MLOps architectures.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, and operational handovers while ensuring delivery against customer security, compliance, and business objectives.
- Develop reusable security frameworks, standards, reference architectures, playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, including leading engineering teams, mentoring security professionals, and delivering large-scale security programs across multiple workstreams.
- Deep expertise in cloud security, application security, DevSecOps, identity and access management, container security, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and software supply chain security.
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning security, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, AI agents, model deployment, model lifecycle management, and MLOps.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, including technical discovery, executive presentations, and communicating security risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CISM, and GIAC certifications.
- Experience delivering customer-facing security consulting or professional services engagements is preferred.
