Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Develop complex Workday Studio integrations with Assembly Components, error logging, reporting, and performance tuning.
- Build inbound and outbound EIBs and use Core Connectors for areas such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Financials.
- Develop integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSLT, XML, XPath, JSON, and related web-service protocols.
- Create and maintain integrations for Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Expense Management.
- Collaborate with functional analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations, troubleshoot errors, and support data accuracy and system stability.
- Produce technical documentation, design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides; conduct unit testing and support UAT.
- Assess Workday releases and enhancements and maintain compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required for the project role.
- Required hands-on experience with Workday Studio, including at least 1–2 system integration implementation engagements.
- Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, SOAP/REST APIs, XSLT, XML, XPath, JSON, and web-service protocols.
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Objects, Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financials modules.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification is highly preferred.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
