Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend and hardware architecture for research.
- Own the entire data lifecycle, including ETL pipeline development.
- Provision and manage cloud and bare metal compute clusters.
- Ensure high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines for model training.
- Work across hybrid environments to manage databases and sync datasets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of production software engineering experience.
- Expertise in systems-level architecture and programming languages like Python, Rust, C++, or Go.
- Experience building high-performance ETL pipelines for unstructured data.
- Comfortable with architecting and maintaining local compute clusters and storage servers.
- Background in handling continuous data streams from various hardware peripherals.
