Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and develop Oracle Siebel CRM solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and production issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system functionality and technical solutions.
- Design and implement system enhancements and change requests.
- Develop and maintain Oracle database and PL/SQL solutions.
- Support Siebel integrations with surrounding enterprise systems.
- Provide technical expertise for system optimization and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with distributed international teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Oracle CRM Siebel development experience with production support responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, including Business Objects, Business Components, Applets, and Views.
- Proficiency in Siebel eScript, Workflow, and EAI, including Integration Objects and SOAP/REST web services.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Database technologies and hands-on PL/SQL development experience.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and system functionality.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent English at B2/C1 level.
- Knowledge of order management, billing, procurement, enterprise environments, integration architectures, ERP, ESB, APIs, Siebel Open UI, modern front-end technologies, Siebel EIM, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
