Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers from onboarding through production deployment.
- Design, test, and implement integrations using Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
- Build and maintain API and data workflows using Python, webhooks, and custom scripts.
- Provide prescriptive guidance across fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and credit underwriting risk domains.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
- Deep experience with AWS, including Lambda, CloudWatch, and Cognito, plus data infrastructure tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or ClickHouse.
- Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Background in risk, compliance, or financial data systems is a major plus.
