Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end agentic architectures and reusable patterns for multi-agent workflows.
- Standardize LLM providers, embedding models, vector databases, retrieval strategies, prompt templates, evaluators, and observability stacks.
- Lead discovery, scoping, proof-of-concept, pilot, and scale-out delivery for practical AI solutions.
- Own security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
- Design data contracts, chunking, indexing, hybrid search, citations, freshness pipelines, and hallucination guardrails.
- Define enterprise integration strategies for systems, event streams, APIs, gateways, and release governance.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, telemetry, failure mitigations, and responsible AI safety policies.
- Guide developer squads and contribute to enablement playbooks, training tracks, coding standards, and AI hiring interviews.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, production-grade RAG, hybrid search, and retrieval evaluation.
- Experience with LLMOps/ModelOps practices including prompt versioning, evaluation harnesses, feature flags, canarying, A/B testing, and safety gateways.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, containers, serverless systems, events, secrets management, policy as code, and AI workload cost governance.
- Experience with enterprise API gateways, event buses, messaging, and contract testing.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java; familiarity with additional listed languages and tools is beneficial.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with business and engineering stakeholders.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid iteration is preferred.
