Base Salary
$211k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy new functionality in Rust for hardware provisioning and maintenance.
- Architect new product features to simplify provisioning workflows.
- Collaborate with software and infrastructure teams for new infrastructure deployment.
- Develop and enhance software development processes including testing and CI/CD.
- Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
- Mentor and support other engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with servers, networking, and data center infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience in systems or infrastructure engineering using Go, Python, Rust, or similar.
- Proven track record of writing resilient and maintainable code in Rust or another modern language.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas across teams.
