Base Salary

$170k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture of fraud detection, prevention, and intervention systems.
  • Build intelligent user graphs to model behavioral patterns and detect collusion networks.
  • Design, train, and deploy ML models to detect fraudulent activity.
  • Develop scalable data pipelines and real-time inference systems.
  • Create human-in-the-loop systems to refine detection accuracy.
  • Perform deep behavioral and adversarial data analysis to identify fraud trends.
  • Translate new insights into adaptive, production-ready systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth environments.
  • 1+ years of experience writing production-grade Python code and using ML libraries.
  • 1+ years of experience in machine learning or fraud prevention.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and business intuition.
  • Fluency with data tooling, including data warehouses and transformation frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
