Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for yield prediction, test-time optimization, reliability analysis, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Build scalable ML workflows, predictive analytics solutions, and data pipelines using large-scale manufacturing, test, probe, and inline process data.
- Design and integrate agentic AI solutions for yield analysis, test validation, root-cause investigation, report generation, and process optimization.
- Mentor and enable Citizen Data Scientists through training materials, workshops, technical sessions, project reviews, and best-practice guidance.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, data science, architecture, deployment, and IT teams to implement production AI solutions.
- Drive innovation initiatives, contribute to technical publications and patent disclosures, and support AI technology roadmaps and engineering standards.
Requirements
- A PhD with at least 2 years, a Master's degree with at least 5 years, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant industry experience in machine learning, data science, or AI solution development.
- Proven experience implementing machine learning solutions in production and working with large-scale structured datasets and predictive analytics.
- Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or related machine learning and data analytics libraries.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting, predictive modeling, feature engineering, statistical analysis, model evaluation, and data visualization.
- Ability to build end-to-end ML workflows, lead technical initiatives, collaborate across disciplines, communicate complex concepts, and mentor or coach others.
- Preferred qualifications include semiconductor or manufacturing analytics experience; TensorFlow or PyTorch; agentic AI and LLM application development; MLOps and production deployment; cloud AI platforms; distributed computing; workflow automation; enterprise collaboration tools; and technical publications or patents.
