Base Salary
$90k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy custom agents and agentic workflows while governing permissions, context-sharing, and data access.
- Architect enterprise agentic deployments, trust layers, and cross-agent governance.
- Define orchestration architecture, state-management, tool-calling, and failure-mode patterns.
- Design agentic quality-assurance frameworks, test orchestration, and synthetic-data strategies.
- Engineer knowledge bases, ontologies, and retrieval pipelines for large-scale agent grounding.
- Translate domain requirements into AI functional specifications and integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications.
- Own AI-native systems end to end, mentor Frontier Engineers, and advise clients on technical and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7-15 years of delivery experience with deep AI-systems design experience.
- Strong software engineering and application development experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with agentic system architecture, enterprise agent platforms, AI orchestration, state management, agentic testing, knowledge graphs, ontologies, retrieval, grounding, and AI security/access controls.
- Experience with Copilot Studio or Agentforce and MCP/A2A agent protocols.
- Ability to provide technical advisory and client engagement, demonstrate independent agentic-system design and domain governance, and pass the Frontier CoE assessment at Specialist level.
