Responsibilities

  • Build, test, release, and support full-stack features spanning data, backend services, APIs, AI workflows, and user experiences.
  • Preserve source references, data lineage, access rules, timestamps, and data-quality information throughout development.
  • Implement approved AI agent controls, bounded tools, evidence links, safe fallbacks, and monitoring.
  • Create review experiences that clearly communicate evidence, sources, uncertainty, system status, limitations, and unavailable information.
  • Build automated tests, diagnostics, safe error handling, retries, and recovery mechanisms.
  • Protect sensitive information by minimizing unnecessary copying, display, and logging of personal data.

Requirements

  • Hands-on full-stack engineering experience across backend services, APIs, data stores, and modern web applications.
  • Experience with Go or Python, SQL, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Working knowledge of identity, entitlements, durable state, audit, data lineage, data quality, and access controls.
  • Working understanding of graph concepts including entities, relationships, bounded paths, and evidence links.
  • AI service experience involving ML signals, LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, tool controls, monitoring, and safe fallback behavior.
  • Ability to build production engineering outcomes and demonstrate ownership of decisions, safety, reliability, and accountability.
