Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance Python applications.
- Build agentic workflows that provide first-pass analysis for business teams.
- Design end-to-end agents that assemble data, identify likely causes, and present results for expert review.
- Own development from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Use agentic coding tools while maintaining production-quality standards.
- Apply automated testing and frequent deployment practices.
- Balance latency, throughput, simplicity, scalability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Hands-on experience shipping an LLM- or agent-based product, workflow, or internal tool.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial markets or trading knowledge is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are expected.
