Responsibilities
- Lead the transition to event-driven, agentic systems for handling unstructured documents.
- Act as a critical interface between the Platform and Product teams.
- Accelerate the software development lifecycle using AI and agentic tools.
- Align technical strategy with business outcomes in partnership with executive leadership.
- Rapidly turn ideas into thoughtful designs with multiple options and trade-offs.
Requirements
- Possess a startup-first mindset with a focus on pragmatic architecture.
- Translate high-level business needs into technical requirements effectively.
- Have experience in the scale-up journey from 1 to 10.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of software engineering and emerging agentic technologies.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
