Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow, including creating workflow-driven service requests, request items, and tasks.
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive ServiceNow tasks and perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver ServiceNow products and releases aligned with business needs.
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Create views and reports, improve system capabilities and workflows, perform integration testing, and monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related work field or discipline.
- Three years of directly related work experience.
- Advanced expertise with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM capabilities, including integrations, workflow automation, customization, and solution design.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, software release and deployment processes, application integrations, and cross-browser/platform compatibility.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web application and website development, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, communicate across organizational levels, work independently, and manage multiple overlapping projects.
- Preferred experience with SPM, CSDM, FSM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, HRSD, and SLO/Service Operations modules.
