Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow, including creating workflows, service requests, request items, and tasks.
- Develop scripts and automate routine tasks using ServiceNow functionality and ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Perform integrations and process automation between ServiceNow and internal or external applications.
- Gather requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver products or releases that meet business needs.
- Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
- Develop reports and views, analyze user requirements and procedures, and improve system capabilities and workflows.
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.
- Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
- Evaluate new ServiceNow products and validate solutions through rapid proof-of-concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a work-related field or discipline.
- Three years of directly related work experience.
- Advanced expertise with the ServiceNow platform and ITSM capabilities.
- Experience with integrations, workflow automation, platform customization, and solution design.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, software release build and deployment processes, and cross-browser and platform compatibility.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web design practices, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
- Ability to design, develop, and support web-based applications and websites.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
- Preferred experience with SPM, CSDM, FSM, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, HRSD, and SLO/Service Operations modules.
- No licenses or certifications are required.

- Base pay is stated as $68.52–$90.78 per hour.
