Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and collaborate on solutions for moderate-complexity equipment software application and systems issues.
- Investigate customer high-value problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
- Provide customer software support through the Software Ticketing system.
- Deliver timely updates and reports to stakeholders on customer software issues.
- Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
- Contribute to software specifications, design, testing, documentation reviews, and customer-focused feature documentation.
- Assist with training junior engineers and detailed product operation.

- Demonstrated expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and precedents.
- Ability to understand business drivers, explain complex information clearly, and provide informal guidance to new team members.
