Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a platform for creating and managing AI agents.
- Integrate multiple LLMs for seamless orchestration and scalability.
- Leverage orchestration frameworks to build complex workflows for multi-agent coordination.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for testing AI agents in complex scenarios.
- Incorporate the latest AI advancements into the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.
- Address AI privacy scenarios and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Improve search capabilities and integrate them into the AI platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience with multiple LLMs and understanding their strengths and limitations.
- Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph for managing agent workflows.
- Strong background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals with a focus on backend engineering.
- Passion for staying updated with AI developments and applying them to real-world problems.
- Experience with AI privacy scenarios, including data anonymization and secure data handling.
- Experience with search technologies and their integration into AI systems.
- Experience building or deploying Multi-Agent Frameworks or Multi-Agent Systems.
