Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges and translate requirements into Celonis solutions
- Lead customer hackathons and rapidly build AI prototypes for complex business problems
- Enable customers to shift from rule-based automation to autonomous AI agents powered by the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform
- Execute business-critical proof-of-value projects end to end, including architecture and delivery of secure, scalable LLM and agent systems
- Integrate solutions with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks
- Remain involved until agreed value and adoption thresholds are achieved
- Demonstrate solution value to executives and support successful implementation, adoption, and value realization
- Develop domain or industry specialization, such as Supply Chain, Finance, or Oil & Gas
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales, including AI roadmaps, ROI/TCO business cases, and machine learning or generative AI prototypes
- Required experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, and fine-tuning
- Understanding of business processes such as Supply Chain or Finance and the ability to translate business needs into AI use cases
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies
- Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives
- Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, evaluations, and guardrails is a plus
- Working knowledge of LLM ecosystem tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other open-source packages is a plus
- Experience deploying and monitoring models at scale across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or GCP Vertex is a plus
