
Software Engineer (Member of Technical Staff) – Legal Risk and Compliance
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
- Write maintainable Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce code and participate throughout the development lifecycle.
- Use Git, Jenkins, SFDX, and Salesforce CLI for automated testing, code quality enforcement, and environment management.
- Integrate Salesforce APIs, profiles, security models, and sandbox management into enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to implement business requirements.
- Document best practices and handoff materials for IT Support while contributing across multiple projects.
- Build production-grade software using AI-assisted development workflows and evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and engineering productivity reports covering delivery performance, cycle time, PR analytics, flow efficiency, and operational efficiency.
- Support Agentforce implementations, AI-driven SDLC initiatives, intelligent automation, and developer productivity optimization.
- Build and maintain shared system context repositories and create structured prompts for reliable, secure AI outputs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology and Software Engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Force.com, Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.
- Experience developing test strategies, executing tests, and maintaining test automation frameworks for large enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with Tableau reporting, dashboard development, and engineering/productivity analytics.
- Understanding of cycle time, PR analytics, flow efficiency, and operational reporting metrics.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Agentforce, AI-driven SDLC frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor in software engineering workflows.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to create structured prompts and system context.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer Certification is desired.
- Experience with Agile development, SDLC, TDD, CI, SaaS principles, Agentforce architecture, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption patterns is desired.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, prioritization, and independent-working abilities are desired.
