Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of large language model architectures.
- Design neural network parameters for natural language processing applications.
- Process and manage large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements to accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key cross-team decisions.
- Mentor and guide team members in their technical development.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong expertise in neural network design and parameter tuning for natural language processing applications.
- Experience handling and processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Ability to evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model development and deployment techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Deep knowledge, influencing ability, and advisory skills appropriate for a subject-matter expert role.
