Responsibilities

Design, implement, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters at the system and network layers.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
Collaborate with distributed cross-functional teams across AMER, APAC, and EMEA to integrate and deploy applications.
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana.
Optimize cluster performance, scalability, and security using Cilium and Illumio.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Kubernetes infrastructure and application issues.
Participate in agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience as a Kubernetes engineer or in a similar role with strong system- and network-layer expertise.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts, components, and APIs.
Hands-on experience with Docker, containerd, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go scripting.
Experience with infrastructure as code tools, particularly SaltStack.
Familiarity with Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
Knowledge of network security and microsegmentation technologies such as Cilium and Illumio.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
English proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Hybrid work in Warsaw.
B2B contract with a rate of up to 230 PLN per hour net plus VAT.
