Responsibilities
- Lead and support large-scale AI projects and enterprise customer integrations.
- Create and guide the implementation of software libraries and applications using Java, Linux, and MySQL.
- Provide architecture designs and technical guidance to engineering teams.
- Manage code promotion across environments and provide weekly client release notes.
- Develop shell scripts to help engineers search for log errors across multiple nodes.
- Coordinate technical project activities between clients and global Amelia teams.
- Run client configuration and integration workstreams with on-site teams.
- Translate customer use cases into requirements and set direction for subsequent workstreams.
- Prepare and deliver client training materials, end-user education, and web-based or instructor-led training.
- Track client expectations, CSAT, MTTD, velocity, and delivered business value throughout project operations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field, or three years of experience with an advanced degree.
- At least three years of experience leading and implementing software or virtual infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Java or Groovy, Linux, and MySQL is required.
- Solid knowledge of conversational AI, NLU/NLP, and related tooling.
- Deep knowledge of prompt engineering.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems using solution and design thinking.
- Ability to manage daily work, risks, exceptions, and escalations.
- End-to-end technical experience across design, engineering, testing, DevOps, and support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and own project delivery.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and create stakeholder reports and client-facing documents.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
