Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable software solutions as part of an Agile engineering team.
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code with minimal defects.
- Design, develop, test, and release software in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Apply continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous improvement, and DevSecOps practices.
- Use static code analysis and security scanning tools to support code quality and security.
- Document code, processes, and system architecture for knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Requirements
- Require 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software engineering development.
- Require experience with .NET 6+, .NET Core, or .NET Framework; ASP.NET; C#; and scalable REST, SOAP, or RPC APIs using microservice or SOA architectures.
- Require hands-on UI development experience with a JavaScript framework, preferably Vue.js.
- Require experience writing unit and integration tests using xUnit or NUnit, with TDD, BDD, mocking frameworks, and stated 100% coverage expectations.
- Require familiarity with clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Require experience with NoSQL or SQL databases.
- Desirable experience includes Python, Scala, Spark or other big data frameworks, Agile delivery with Scrum or Kanban, public-cloud certifications, Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, messaging technologies, Infrastructure as Code, static code-quality analysis, and vulnerability management.
- AWS certifications and experience with Kafka, EventBridge, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Cloud Development Kit are preferred or useful.
