Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain geospatial applications and telecom network inventory solutions.
  • Implement and customize ESRI platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Build custom GIS solutions using ArcGIS SDKs, ArcPy, Python, and JavaScript APIs.
  • Configure and extend ESRI UNM/TDN network models and support telecom network modelling.
  • Integrate GIS systems with OSS/BSS systems, network inventory platforms, external APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Manage spatial databases, large-scale spatial datasets, data migration, transformation, and validation.
  • Model telecom assets, connectivity, topology, and network relationships for copper and fibre networks.
  • Configure ArcGIS services, layers, and portals and optimize performance.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency while collaborating with business SMEs and architects.
  • Participate in Agile delivery and support testing, deployment, and production issues.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in GIS development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ESRI UNM, and TDN/data models.
  • Development experience with ArcPy, Python, and the ArcGIS JavaScript API.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL/PostGIS, API development and integrations, and data migration and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of geospatial data formats and standards.
  • Proven hands-on ESRI implementation experience and strong problem-solving ability in spatial and network modelling.
  • Ability to bridge telecom business needs and technical GIS solutions.
  • Attention to data quality and modelling and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
