Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI to address business challenges and automate enterprise processes.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate enterprise technology ecosystems with AI models and multi-provider platforms.
- Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents, monitoring systems, and maintaining critical business applications.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment while documenting solutions and sharing knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to understand needs, communicate issue-resolution progress, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
- Effective collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders.
