Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and bug fixes.
- Perform manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Conduct performance and load testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with Windows and macOS environments for testing.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer focusing on Server/Agent applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient with issue tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
