Base Salary
$207k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with O4AA customers and technical teams to identify integration challenges affecting deployment, adoption, security, and scale.
- Prioritize the integration backlog based on customer demand, revenue impact, strategic importance, and repeatability.
- Design, build, review, and troubleshoot integrations and provide technical escalation support.
- Create reusable reference architectures, code, configurations, and technical patterns, and scale one-off solutions through field, partner, and services teams.
- Translate customer requirements into product requirements and build business and technical cases for roadmap changes.
- Develop and validate joint architectures and integrations with strategic technology partners.
- Enable partner engineering teams, FDEs, Professional Services, and field teams to deploy repeatable solutions.
- Provide technical proof for customer stories, demonstrations, and partner launches.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, integration engineering, partner engineering, field engineering, or technical leadership across enterprise security, identity, cloud, or SaaS.
- Experience leading complex technical programs across customers, engineering, product, and technology partners.
- Hands-on technical depth designing, building, reviewing, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Deep understanding of identity and security.
