Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and configuration of the Anthropic Claude platform tenant, API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability integrations across UAT, staging, and production.
Lead knowledge transfer from Accenture and Tribe AI, documenting configurations, prompt and agent catalogs, and integration information.
Develop and validate L1.5/L2 support runbooks and technical documentation.
Support estate assessment, BAU readiness reporting, and closure of knowledge and documentation gaps.
Provide architecture-level support and escalation input for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
Administer Anthropic APIs and Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, and Claude Agents.
Support rollout waves and RBAC enablement under the AI governance team.
Track platform innovation and feed relevant changes into FinOps and adoption reporting.
Partner with the Security Architect on guardrails, usage controls, policy governance, and financial guardrails.
Participate in the biweekly AI Review Board.
Deliver consulting engagements involving prompt-library tuning, solution and agent design, integration guidance, and proof-of-concept work.

Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), or commitment to obtain it within an agreed timeframe after joining.
Proven experience architecting and integrating enterprise SaaS or AI platforms, including API gateway, SSO, and SIEM/observability integrations.
Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM platforms, prompt engineering, agent design, and integration patterns.
Experience leading knowledge-transfer exercises and producing operational runbooks and support documentation.
Ability to serve as an escalation point for complex L1.5/L2 technical incidents.
Strong stakeholder-facing skills for governance forums and consulting engagements.
BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: production experience with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Claude Design, or Claude Agents.
Preferred: experience with ServiceNow/ITSM operating models, FinOps for AI/token usage reporting, and AI solution transitions from proof of concept to production.
