Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and evolve full stack web applications and services for Manufacturing Operations.
  • Develop user interfaces, backend services, APIs, integrations, data flows, and AI capabilities.
  • Take features from early concept through requirements, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Understand complex user workflows and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while reviewing and validating generated code for quality and architectural standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, users, and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience delivering production software through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Strong foundations in architecture, API and data design, testing, debugging, security, reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Experience building full stack applications across user interfaces, backend services, integrations, and data systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, technical judgment, and ability to explain technical concepts in business-focused terms.
  • Preferred: 6 or more years of production software delivery experience.
  • Preferred: experience with Claude Code or Continue, LLM or ML service integrations, prompt design, retrieval augmented generation, agentic workflows, or model-backed features.
  • Preferred: familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, distributed systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: strong understanding of UX and UI design principles.
