Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end across the stack from API design to user-facing workflows.
- Design and evolve systems, contributing to architectural decisions.
- Build cross-product and AI-assisted workflows connecting Synthetic Monitoring to Grafana Cloud.
- Ensure the product operates at enterprise scale with governance and organization primitives.
- Break down complex problems into incremental deliverables and iterate based on feedback.
- Ensure quality through testing, observability, and documentation.
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation and take ownership of services.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Go or a similar systems language.
- Operational mindset with experience owning production services.
- Ability to think systemically about component interactions.
- Experience breaking down complex problems into manageable increments.
- User-centered approach to software development.
- Familiarity with AI tools in engineering workflows.
